摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定复方氯霉素滴耳液中氯霉素和呋喃西林含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为TianheKromasil C18,流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速为1·0ml/min,内标为地塞米松,检测波长为278nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μl。结果:氯霉素、呋喃西林检测浓度分别在31·75~127、26·25~105μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100·4%(RSD=0·89%)、100·7%(RSD=1·20%)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于本品质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of both chloramphenicol and furacillin in compound chloramphenicol auristillae.METHODS:The determination was performed on Tianhe Kromasil C18 column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(60∶40) with flow speed at 1.0ml/min,detection wavelength at 278nm,column temperature at 25℃,and sample size at 20μl.The dexamethasone was used as internal standard.RESULTS:The linear ranges for chloramphenicol and furacillin were 31.75~127μg/ml and 26.25~105μg/ml,respectively;The average recovery rates were 100.4%(RSD=0.89%) and 100.7%(RSD=1.20%),respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is simple in operation,accurate and reliable in determination results and it can be used for the quality control of compound chloramphenicol auristillae.
