| Abstract: | Objective: To explore a new model of tumor in vivo. Methods: Tumor cells were inoculated on CAM(Chorioallantoic membrance) of 10-days chicken embryos. 7 days later, the neoplasm were removed. Results: Tumor developed on CAM of 90.9% chicken embryos. Conclusion: It is a simple and cheap model for tumor microcirculation research in vivo. |
