干化学法和沉渣镜检法检测尿液白细胞结果分析

摘    要:目的分析尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法白细胞检验结果的相关性,探讨两种方法联合应用的临床价值。方法采用干化学法和尿沉渣镜检法检测患者尿液白细胞,对两种方法的检测结果进行对比分析。结果尿沉渣镜检法白细胞阳性率略高于干化学法,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05),两种方法同时阴性、阳性结果之间互有交叉现象。结论联合应用干化学法和沉渣镜检法测定尿液白细胞有利于临床疾病的诊断与治疗。

Abstract:Objective To study the associativity between the test results of urinary leukocytes by using dry chemical method and urinary sediment microscopy.Methods Urinary leukocytes of 500 patients were detected by dry chemical method and urinary sediment microscopy.The results were analyzed by SPSS15.0 and McNemar test.Results The positive rate by urinary sediment microscopy was little higher than that by dry chemical method,but there was no statistical significance between the two methods(P>0.05).There were crossov...
