红花黄色素＋硫辛酸治疗糖尿病合并视网膜病变的疗效观察

目的 对糖尿病合并视网膜患者的治疗效果观察,为及时诊断以及高效治疗做好必要保障工作.方法 选择55例入住本院的糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者,将其作为试验组,采用红花黄色素＋硫辛酸的治疗方法,58例运用常规治疗的对照组进行治疗结果、不良反应的对比.结果 试验组治疗总有效率为85.5%,对照组的总有效率为72.4%,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.试验组的不良反应病例与程度与对照组相比,不良反应病例少,且不良反应程度相对较轻.结论 使用红花黄色素＋硫辛酸的治疗糖尿病合并视网膜病变有明显效果.

Efficacy of safflower yellow and lipoic acid in treatment of diabetic retinopathy

Objective To observe the diabetic effect of retinopathy patient outcomes and make the necessary security work for the timely diagnosis and effective treatment. Methods There were 55 cases of hospital stay in patients with diabetic retinopathy, as a test group, used safflower yellow and lipoic acid treatment, 58 cases of the control group used conventional therapy for treatment outcome, adverse reactions were contrasted. Results Experimental group, total effective rate was 85.5%, the total effective rate was 72.4% in the control group, respectively, the difference was very obvious. Cases of adverse reactions in the test group compared with control group with degree, fewer cases of adverse reactions, and adverse reactions were relatively mild. Conclusion Safflower yellow and Lipoic acid treatment on dia- betic retinopathy clinical treatment has significant effect.
