急性化脓性阑尾炎手术治疗62例临床分析

目的 总结分析急性化脓性阑尾炎手术治疗的经验.方法 回顾性分析62例急性化脓性阑尾炎手术治疗的临床资料.2010年6月～2013年6月共收治62例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者,所有患者根据治疗方法不同随机分为观察组（腹腔镜,31例）和对照组（开腹,31例）,观察并记录手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、住院时间等指标,然后针对这些指标进行两组间的比较分析.结果 观察组腹腔镜手术时间、术中出血量、肠道功能恢复时间、并发症发生率均低于（少于）开腹手术对照组（P〈0.05）;并发症发生情况：观察组共1例出现并发症,为术后切口感染;对照组共5例出现并发症,术后肠粘连1例,出血1例,术后发热1例,切口感染1例,粘连性肠梗阻1例.结论 腹腔镜对于急性化脓性阑尾炎患者较开腹手术效果好,并发症少,且适应证范围更广,值得推广和应用.

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of 62 cases acute suppurative ap-pendicitis

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical data of acute suppurative appendicitis surgery experi- ence. Methods A retrospective analysis of 62 cases of surgical treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis from June 2010 to June 2013 were treated,52 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis patients, all patients were randomly divided into different treatment methods based on the observation group （laparoscopy, 31 cases） and control group （laparotomy, 31 cases） ,the operative time, blood loss, complication rates, length of stay and other indicators, and these indica- tors between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The surgical operation time, blood loss, intestinal function recovery time, complication rates were lower than （less than） the control group （P〈0.05） ; complications were： observation group 1 case wound infection; control group of 5 patients had complications, postoperative intestinal ad- hesions one case, bleeding in lcases, 1 case of postoperative fever. Wound infection in 1 cases, 1 case of intestinal obstruction. Conclusion Laparoscopic patients with acute suppurative appendicitis effective than open surgery, fewer complications, and a wider range of indications, should be promoted and am）lied.
