| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道三维成像技术对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法对52例可疑先天性子宫畸形的患者进行阴道二维三维超声检查,并与宫腔镜或腹腔镜手术结果对照。结果 52例患者中,三维超声诊断双子宫4例,双角子宫2例,完全性纵隔子宫14例,不完全性纵隔子宫20例,单角子宫2例,残角子宫1例,弓状子宫8例,正常宫腔1例,与宫腔镜或腹腔镜手术结果一致。结论经阴道三维成像技术诊断明显优于经阴道二维超声。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of three - dimensional imaging for congenital uterine malformation. Methods Totally 52 cases with suspicious congenital uterine malformation by vaginal two - dimensional ultrasound were detected by three - dimensional ultrasound. The results were compared with that of the surger result of hysteroseopy and laparoscopy. Results In 52 cases, result of three - dimensional ultrasound diagnosis：double - uterine in 4 cases, Double - Angle uterine in 2 cases, complete mediastinal uterine in 14 cases, incompleteness mediastinal uterus in 20 cases, single -Angle uterus in 2 cases, residual -Angle uterus in l case, arcuate uterine in 8 cases, normal uterine cavity in 1 case,the data were consistent with the result of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Conclusion Vaginal three - imaging diagnosis is better than vaginal two - dimensional ultrasound. |
