体外培育牛黄协助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证临床疗效观察

目的观察体外培育牛黄协助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronicobstructivepulmonarydis—eases，COPD）急性加重期痰热郁肺证的临床疗效。方法将入选的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证的患者随机分为治疗组（24例）和对照组（24例），所有患者均进行常规的COPD治疗。治疗组加服体外培育牛黄治疗，体外培育牛黄剂量为0．15g／粒，温开水送服，每日1粒。两组均治疗10d为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分及动脉血气分析的变化情况。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分、动脉血气分析均有改善，且治疗组改善更显著。结论体外培育牛黄协助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证确实有改善作用。

Observation of Clinical Effect of in Vitro Cultivated Calculus Bovis on the Acute Exacerbation Stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Phlegm Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of in vitro cultivated calculus bovis on the acute exacerba- tion stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）with phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome. Methods Patients with the acute exacerbation stage of COPD with phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group（24 cases）and control group（24 cases）. All patients were given conventional therapy of COPD. The treatment group was added the treatment of in vitro cultivated calculus bovis,0.15 g a dose,one dose a day,continuously 10 days for a course of treatment. The changes of TCM syndrome integral and arterial blood gas were observed before and after treatment. Results After the treatment,the TCM syndrome integral and arterial blood gas in both groups were obviously improved, with more significant improvement in the treatment group com- pared with those in the control group. Conclusion In vitro cultivated calculus bovis is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation stage of COPD with phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome.
