第四次全国中药资源普查期间中药资源人才队伍培养概况

第四次全国中药资源普查工作为行业培养了大批专业人才，培养造就了一批中药资源领域的战略科学家，形成了领军人才、优秀人才、骨干人才梯次衔接的高层次人才队伍。其中，国家层面专业人才近百人、省级专家千余人、县级普查队万余人，成为中药资源相关工作的核心力量、骨干力量和新生力量。这促进了中药资源普查后相关工作承接转化队伍的发展壮大，形成一批中药资源相关的研究机构、社会组织、合作团队等，能够服务于中药资源领域的人才培养和产业高质量发展。目前，全国31个省份均有专业从事中药资源研究的机构、研究室或实验室等。

Cultivation of Talents in Chinese Medicine Resources During the Fourth National Survey of Chinese Medicine Resources

The fourth national survey of Chinese medicine resources has cultivated a group of strategic scientists in the field of Chinese medicine resources. A high-level talent team composed of leading talents, outstanding talents, and backbone talents has been fostered in this field. This team includes nearly 100 professionals at the national level, more than 1000 experts at the provincial level, and over 10 000 talents for the survey at the county level, which have become the core, backbone, and new workforces, respectively, for Chinese medicine resources. The fourth national survey of Chinese medicine resources has promoted the growth of relevant research institutions, formed a number of social organizations, research institutions, and project teams serving the cultivation of talents and the high-quality development of Chinese medicine resource industry. At present, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have research institutions, research centers or laboratories specializing in the research on Chinese medicine resources.
