摘    要:目的:探索和研究碱性清洗剂在硬式腔镜清洗消毒中的应用效果及推广价值。方法:本研究选取我院消毒供应室2021年11月至2022年10月期间400件污染的硬式腔镜作为研究对象,以各类腔镜种类与数量均分原则随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各200件,对照组采用多酶清洗剂清洗器械,观察组采用碱性清洗剂清洗器械,观察比较两组器械清洗合格率和护理人员的清洗效果满意度评分,总结碱性清洗剂在硬式腔镜清洗消毒中的应用效果及推广价值。结果:对照组的器械清洗合格率为79.00%,明显低于观察组的97.00%;对照组实用性得分为(82.45±3.72)分、经济效果得分为(81.98±2.82)分和安全性得分为(83.66±3.14)分,都明显低于观察组的(94.78±1.55)分、(91.52±2.33)分、(96.40±2.25)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:碱性清洗剂应用于硬式腔镜清洗消毒相较于以往的多酶清洗剂在效果、经济效果、实用性、安全性上更具推广应用价值。

Observation on the application effect of alkaline cleaning agent in hard cavity mirror cleaning and disinfection
Abstract:Objective: To explore and study the application effect and promotion value of alkaline cleaning agent in hard cavity mirror cleaning and disinfection. Methods: In this study, 400 contaminated hard mirrors were selected from the disinfection supply room of our hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 as the research object, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 200 mirrors in each group based on the principle of equal division of the types and quantities of various mirrors. The control group used multi-enzyme cleaning agent to clean the instruments, while the observation group used alkaline cleaning agent to clean the instruments. The qualified rate of instrument cleaning and nursing staff"s satisfaction score of cleaning effect were observed and compared between the two groups. The application effect and promotion value of alkaline cleaning agent in the cleaning and disinfection of hard endoscope were summarized. Results: The qualified rate of instrument cleaning in control group was 79.00%, which was significantly lower than that in observation group (97.00%). The practical scores of the control group were (82.45±3.72) points, the economic scores were (81.98±2.82) points and the safety scores were (83.66±3.14) points, which were significantly lower than those of the observation group (94.78±1.55) points, (91.52±2.33) points and (96.40±2.25) points. There was statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of alkaline cleaning agent to hard cavity mirror cleaning and disinfection is more valuable in terms of effect, economic effect, practicability and safety.
