二连浩特口岸出入境人员传染病监控与结果分析

目的分析二连浩特口岸出入境人员体检结果,掌握传染病感染情况,为制定有效可行的口岸传染病防控工作提供依据。方法对2015年1月—2016年12月二连浩特口岸出入境人员的传染病监测数据资料进行统计分析。结果 2015年1月—2016年12月出入境人员总体检人数为42 186人,主要以交通人员与劳务人员为主,占出入境人数的94.05%。传染病检出人数3012人,占总人数的7.14%,其中HBs Ag阳性者占81.54%,抗HCV阳性者占17.73%,梅毒占0.40%,抗HIV阳性占0.20%,开放性肺结核占0.13%。男性传染病检出率明显高于女性。结论二连浩特口岸出入境人员主要以交通人员与劳务人员为主,应针对性加强重点对象的监测,及时开展有关于各类传染病的健康教育与知识宣传,提高出境人员自我防范意识。

Surveillance and analysis of infectious diseases in entry and exit personnel at Erenhot port

Objective To analyze the physical examination results of entry and exit personnel at Erenhot port, understand the situation of infectious diseases, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods The infectious disease surveillance data of entry and exit personnel at Erenhot port from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed statistically. Results From January 2015 December 2016, the total number of entry and exit personnel was 42,186, mainly in transportation personnel and labor service personnel, accounting for 94.05% of the immigration population. There were 3012 people detected with infectious diseases, accounting for 7.14% of total population. Among them the positive rate of HBsAg was 81.54%, the anti-HCV positive rate was 17.73%, the syphilis positive rate was 0.40%, the HIV antibody positive rate was 0.20%, and the open pulmonary tuberculosis positive rate was 0.13%. The detection rate of infectious diseases in male was significantly higher than that in females. Conclusions The entry and exit personnel at Erenhot port are mainly transportation personnel and labor service personnel, We should strengthen the monitoring of key subjects, timely conduct on all types of infectious diseases healthy education and knowledge publicity, and improve the self-prevention awareness of exit staff.
