二甲双胍治疗社区老年糖尿病患者的疗效观察

目的：探讨二甲双胍治疗社区老年糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法64例社区老年糖尿病患者被随机分为对照组（瑞格列奈）和观察组（二甲双胍），观察和比较两组空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、不良反应。结果与对照组相比，治疗后观察组FPG、HbA1c、LDL、HDL、TC、TG均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗期间，都没有出现严重不良反应。结论对于社区老年糖尿病患者，二甲双胍治疗能够有效控制血糖和血脂水平，并且安全性高，值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation on metformin in the treatment of elderly community patients with diabetes

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of metformin int the treatment of elderly community patients with diabetes. Methods The 64 elderly community patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group （repaglinide） and observation group （metformin）. The fasting blood glucose （FPG）, the glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c）, low density lipoprotein （LDL）, high density lipoprotein （HDL）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, and adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with control group, the levels of FPG, HbA1c, LDL, HDL, TC, TG were significantly reduced after treatment in observation group, P〈0.05. There were no severe adverse reactions during the period in two groups. Conclusion For the elderly community patients with diabetes, metformin can effectively control the levels of blood glucouse and lipid with high safety, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
