摘    要:目的:2型糖尿病患者的脑梗死发生率高,其临床症状多不典型,易反复发作,预后差。本文将就2型糖尿病合并脑梗死血脂水平进行回顾性分析,为其防治提供临床依据。方法选择2011年1月28日~2013年12月30日到本院就诊并确诊为2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者74例(A组)作为实验组,2型糖尿病患者100例(B组)及100例健康体检者(C组)为对照组,采用全自动生化仪检测血清中总胆固(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)进行统计学分析。结果 A组与B组的血脂水平比较存在明显的代谢异常。其中血清TC, TG, LDL-C、Apo B水平较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而血清HDL-C. ApoA1水平则较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与单纯糖尿病组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A、B两组间TG、TC、LDL比较差异有统计学意义(P〉0.05),而两组ApoA1、ApoB、比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高浓度TG、TC、LDL可能是2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的危险因素,提示在临床中控制血脂中TG、TC、LDL有助于2型糖尿病的治疗。

Abstract:Objective High incidence of cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the clinical symptoms are atypical. It is easy to repeated attacks and the prognosis is poor. This article retrospectively analyzed serum lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. It can provide clinical evidence for its prevention and treatment. Methods Choosing 74 cerebral infarction patients with from January 28, 2011 to December 30, 2013 in our hospital as experimental group(group A), 100 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(group B) and 100 healthy examination (group C) as the control group. Using automatic biochemical analyzer to detect serum: total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL), apolipoprotein A(ApoAl), apolipoprotein B(ApoB), for statistical analysis. Results Lipid levels were more obvious metabolic abnormalities between group Aand group B.Serum TC, TG, LDL-C, Apo B levels significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05), but Serum HDL-C, ApoA1 levels were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05). Comparison with the DM group there is also a significant difference(P〈0.05).The difference of TG, TC, LDL in group A and group B was statistically significant(P〈0.05) but the difference of ApoA1, ApoB, was not statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion High concentrations of TG, TC, LDL may be a risk factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction which suggested that controlling blood lipids in TG in the clinic, TC, LDL contribute to the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
