烧伤膏预防留置针静脉输注20％甘露醇致静脉炎64例

目的 观察烧伤膏预防留置针静脉输注20％甘露醇注射液所致外周性静脉炎的临床效果.方法 观察组64例接受留置针静脉输注20％甘露醇注射液的患者在静脉输注前5分钟外搽烧伤膏于静脉穿刺点沿血管走向向近心端厚约1mm,大小5cm×6cm,以后每隔3～4小时重复一次,局部暴露不需包扎.对照组64例在不作任何处理的情况下静脉滴注.结果 观察组预防静脉炎的总有效率为92％,对照组预防静脉炎的总有效率为47％.两组比较差异显著（P＜0 01）,两组使用留置针时间比较,观察组明显延长（P＜0 01）.结论 采用留置针静脉输注20％甘露醇注射液对静脉有不同程度损伤,以针体前段更甚,用烧伤膏涂搽局部可减轻患者疼痛,预防静脉炎的发生.

Grease Burns Prevention Catheter Needle Intravenous 20% Mannitol Injection to Venous Disease Clinical Observation

Objective to burn ointment in the prevention of venous indwelling needle infusions 20% peripheral phlebitis induced by mannitol injection with clinical outcome. Methods on 64 patients accepted intravenous indwelling needle 20 % patients before intravenous infusion of mannitol injection 5 minutes outside the rub bum ointment in venous puncture site along the blood vessel towards the medial extremity of thick 1mm,size 5 × 6cm, repeated every 3-4 hours later, local exposurc does not need dressing. 64 cases in the control group does not make any case of intravenous infusion. Result observation of group total effective rate of 92 % to prevent phlebitis, control group total effective rate of 47 % to prevent phlebitis. Two groups significant difference （ P 〈0. 01）, two sets of retaining needle time,Observer Group significantly extended（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion 20% mannitol injection intravenous indwelling needle on venous injury of varying degrees, and even before the needle, locally can reduce pain in patients with coated with burnt cream liniment to prevent phlebitis.
