高龄患者胆总管结石术后并发肺部感染的循证护理

目的：探讨循证护理对高龄患者胆总管结石术后并发肺部感染的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2013年4月本院收治的90例胆总管结石术后并发肺部感染高龄患者。随机分为两组，每组45例。对照组采用常规护理，治疗组采用循证护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果治疗组护理满意度为93.33%显著高于对照组的77.78%（P〈0.05）。治疗组住院时间明显短于对照组，治疗费用明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理在高龄患者胆总管结石术后并发肺部感染中应用可提高护理满意度，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，值得临床进一步推广。

Evidence-based nursing of Elderly patients with common bile duct stones complicated with postoperative pulmonary infection

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with pulmonary infection in elderly patients with common bile duct stones after operation. Methods Select January 2012 to 90 cases of bile duct stones after April 2013 in our hospital pulmonary infection in elderly patients. Were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. Control group using conventional care, evidence-based care treatment group compared two groups of patient care results. Results Nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly higher than the 93.33%77.78%（P〈0.05）. Treatment group was significantly shorter hospital stay than the control group, the treatment costs significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based care in elderly postoperative pulmonary infection choledocholithiasis application can improve nursing satisfaction, shorter hospital stay, reduce hospital costs, worthy of further promotion.
