| 摘 要： | 调查合肥市郊区743名55岁以上农民,结果表明该人群约有23.95%的人患有高血压,其中55.87%是单纯收缩期高血压。单纯收缩期高血压的患病率与年龄俱增,非单纯收缩期高血压则变化不大。两类高血压在各年龄组间的分布有显著差异。女性患病率高于男性,但差异无显著性。研究揭示单纯收缩期高血压是老年人的常见病、多发病,且是不同于非单纯收缩期高血压的独特综合征。

| Abstract: | Blood pressures were measured in 743 elderly peasants over 55 years of age in Hefei suburban district. The prevalence of hypertension among those was 23.95%, and 55.87% of which was isolated systolic hypertension(ISH). The prevalence of ISH increased with age, but NISH varied little. The distribution of two type hypertensions in the age groups was significantly difference. The prevalence of ISH was higher in females than males, but statistically not significant. The study indicated that ISH was a frequently occurring syndrome among elderly persons, which differed from NISH. |
