中西医结合治疗急性颅脑外伤患者的临床疗效

目的：探讨研究中西医结合在治疗急性颅脑外伤方面的临床疗效与安全性。方法：选择2009年6月一2011年6月本院急诊科收治的118例无手术指征的急性颅脑外伤患者，随机平均分为两组，研究组（59例）采用中西医结合治疗，对照组f59例）采用单纯西医治疗。受伤后24h内，对照组即给予降低颅内压、止血、营养脑细胞、腰穿放血l生脑脊液等治疗，研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用活血化瘀汤治疗，并随证加减。在治疗第3、7、14d观察两组的治愈率和总有效率，并观察不良反应情况。结果：研究组治疗7d的治愈率和总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；研究组14d的治愈率也显著高于对照组俨〈0．05）。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论：中西医结合在治疗急性颅脑外伤方面l晦床疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床推广和普及。

Clinical Effect of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine for Patients with Acute Craniocerebral Injury

Objective： To study the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine for patients with acute craniocerebral injury. Method： 118 cases with acute craniocerebral injury without necessity of operation from June 2009 to June 2011 were collected. All cases were divided into research group （59 patients） and the control group （59 cases）. The research group was treated by Chinese and Western medicine, the control group was treated by Western medicine. After the injury within 24 h, the control group was gave treatments such as reduce the intracranial pressure, stop bleeding, nutrition brain ceils, lumber puncture put hemorrhagic cerebrospinal fluid. On the basis of the treatment, the research group was treated by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis soup. Cure rate, the total effective rate and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Result： After treatment 7 days and 14 days, Cure rate and the total effective rate of research group were significantly higher than of control group, there were significant differences between two groups（P〈O,O5）.Two groups of all did not appear obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Chinese and Western medicine for patients with acute craniocerebral injury has exact clinical effect, has high safety. It＇ s worthy of clinic application.
