奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的：观察奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：84例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，对照组42例采用常规疗法，治疗组42例在常规治疗的同时加用奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀，治疗前后比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效。结果：治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显降低，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率为88．1％，高于对照组总有效率66．7％，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：奥扎格雷钠联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死疗效好，能明显改善患者临床疗效及预后。

The Clinical Efficacy of the Treatment for the Acute Cerebral Infarction After Use the Ozagrel Sodium Joint Vinpocetine

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment for the acute cerebral infarction after use the ozagrel sodium joint vinpocetine.nethod：84 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups, 42 cases in control group use conventional therapy;42 cases in the treatment group, based on the conventional treatment plus ozagrel sodium joint vinpocetine, in the 2 groups, neurological function deficit score, and the clinical efficacy of the changes.were compared before and after treatment.Result：The neurological deficit scores of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group, significant differences（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.1% higher than the control efficiency of 66.7%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ozagrel sodium joint vinpocetine treatment of cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis.
