CT在胃肠道病变检查中的应用价值

目的：探讨CT在胃肠道病变检查中的应用价值。方法：40例做CT检查的胃肠道患者，检查前做胃肠道准备，做CT平扫＋增强，以手术病理诊断为标准。结果：CT清楚显示胃肠道病变及与周围脏器的关系，定位诊断符合率100％，定性诊断符合率82．5％。结论：CT检查前的胃肠道准备至关重要，CT检查对胃肠道病变检出率及诊断符合率高，能为临床提供可靠的诊断依据，具有重要的检查价值。

Application Value of CT in the Examination of Gastrointestinal Tract Lesions

Objective： To discuss the application value of CT in the examination of gastrointestinal tract lesions. Method： To do CT examination for 40 cases of patients with gastrointestinal tract lesions. Before the CT scan, to do the gastrointestinal tract preparation, then to do CT plain scan and enhanced scan based on the surgery and pathology. Result： CT images could clearly show the relationship between gastrointestinal tract lesions and the surrounding visceral organs. The level diagnostic accordance rate was 100%, and the qualitative diagnosis accordance rate was 82.5%. Conclusion： The gastrointestinal tract preparation is crucial. The detection rate and diagnosis rate of gastrointestinal tract lesions is high through CT examination, providing reliable basis for clinical diagnosis. It has important examination value.
