| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声心动图与心电图在小儿川崎病早期诊断中的意义。方法：超声心动图与心电图检查川崎病患儿204例，观察是否存在心血管病变。结果：超声心动图检测出61例患儿有冠状动脉等心内病变，发生率达30．0％，心电图检测出119例患儿心电图异常，检出率达到58．3％。结论：超声心动图与心电图对川崎病早期诊断具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study the value of the eehoeardiography and electrocardiography in early diagnosis of children with Kawasaki diseases. Method ： 204 cases of children with Kawasaki diseases received eehocardiographie and electrocardiographic examination. Result ： Eehoeardiography detected 61 cases of children with coronary arterial and other cardiac lesions, 30.0% of the incidence. Abnormal electrocardiogram was found in 119 cases, 58.3% of the incidence. Conclusion ： Echocardiography and electrocardiography has an important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of Kawasaki disease. |
