我院住院患者合理用药调查分析

目的：了解笔者所在医院住院患者的用药情况,进一步促进临床合理用药.方法：随机抽取笔者所在医院临床科室 2010 年11 月 -2011 年 4 月 300 份住院患者病历进行回顾性分析.结果：不合理用药的病历 61 份,占 20.3%.共有 93 处用药不合理现象.表现在药物选择不合理,用量用法不当,用药时机不当及时间过长等.其中抗菌药物的不合理应用 65 处,占 69.9%.结论：笔者所在医院住院患者用药存在不合理现象,应加强对医务人员的规范化培训和管理,提高药物治疗的整体水平.

Investigation and Analysis of Rational Drug Use of Inpatient in Our Hospital

Objective：To investigate the drug use in the inpatients of our hospital in order to further promote rational drug use in the clinic. Method ：300 inpatients＇ medical records of clinical department in our hospital from Nov.2010 to Apr.2011 were selected randomly and analyzed retrospectively.Result ：61 inpatients＇ medical records of irrational drug use accounted for 20.3%.In a total of 93 irrational drug use was showed that irrational choice of drug, unreasonable application and doses of drug, and improper time of drug application, and so on.Irrational use of antibiotics was 65, accounting for 69.9%.Conclusion ：There are unreasonable phenomena of drug use in the inpatients of our hospital.Medical staff should be strengthened on the standardized training and management to improve the overall standard of drug treatment.
