36例妊娠及产褥期合并结核病的临床特征及产科处理

目的：分析妊娠及产褥期合并结核病的临床特点，产科干预的方法及疗效。方法：对本院妇产科诊治的妊娠及产褥期合并结核病36例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：妊娠期发病者居多，占66．7％，重症结核占一定比例。妊娠早期和妊娠中期合并重症结核的患者均建议终止妊娠。结论：妊娠合并结核病应引起妇产科医生的重视，尽早诊断，予以正规治疗，把握好终止妊娠的时机，提高产妇治愈率和新生儿存活率。

Clinical Characteristic and Obstetrical Management about 36 Cases of Pregnancy Complicated with Tuberculosis

Objective ： To analyze the clinical characteristic of pregnancy complicated with tuberculosis, and analyze the method and curative effect of intervention by the obstetrics. Method ： A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 36 pregnancy complicated with tuberculosis which made diagnosis and gave treatment in the hospital. Result ： There were 66.7% of tuberculosis occurred during pregnancy, and the severe case were found in a certain proportion. The author suggested patients should terminate pregnancy when they complicated with tuberculosis in an early phase or later. Conclusion ： Pregnancy complicated withtubereulosis shouldbe appreciated bydoctors of department of gynecology and obstetrics, early diagnosis and treatment is very important to improve the cure rate of maternal and the survival rate of infant.
