地氯雷他定口服联合红光照射治疗鼻前庭湿疹疗效观察

目的：观察地氯雷他定口服联合红光照射治疗鼻前庭湿疹的疗效与不良反应。方法：将60例临床诊断为鼻前庭湿疹的患者随机分为两组，治疗组：地氯雷他定片5mg，口服，1次／d；红光皮损局部照射，距离5cm，，功率为200mW，每次5min，1次/d。对照组：地氯雷他定片5mg，口服，1次／d；局部处理按照湿疹外用药的原则进行处理。急性期有渗出时用生理盐水湿敷，亚急性和慢性期用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏，伴有感染加用夫西地酸乳膏外用。两组均以7d为一个疗程，连用2个疗程后，症状和体征按4级评分法进行评分，计算积分下降指数判断疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为60．00％，总有效率为86．67％，痊愈18例患者中复发3例。对照组治愈率为30．00％，总有效率为60．00％，痊愈12例患者中复发6例。两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5．45，P〈0．05），总有效率比较差异也具有统计学意义（χ^2=5．46，P〈0．05）。结论：地氯雷他定口服联合红光照射治疗鼻前庭湿疹的疗效优于对照组。
