腹内疝16例的临床分析

目的：探讨腹内疝的诊治难点及体会。方法：回顾性分析本院2000—2011年收治的16例腹内疝的临床资料。结果：全部经手术证实诊断，治疗后痊愈。结论：腹内疝为外科少见疾病，需要高度重视以减少肠绞窄的发生。

Clinical Analysis of 16 Cases of lnternal Abdominal Hernia

Objective ：To explore the difficult and experience in diagnosis and treatment of internal abdominal hernia. Method ：A retrospectively analysis on clinical records of 16 cases internal abdominal hernia from 2000 to 2011 was performed. Result ：All cases of internal abdominal hernia were confirmed by surgically and cured after surgical treatment. Conclusion ：Internal abdominal hernia is a rare disease, but it is necessary to attach great importance to reduce the occurrence of intestinal strangulation.
