宫颈上皮内瘤变累腺组织中MMP-7的表达及意义

目的：检测基质降解素（MMP-7）在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）累腺组织中的表达，探讨其对CIN发生、发展以及对CIN预后的影响。方法：采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）和免疫组化分别检测30例CIN累腺组织、40例CIN非累腺组织、15例正常宫颈组织中MMP-7 mRNA和蛋白表达。结果：累腺CIN组MMP-7 mRNA和蛋白的表达均显著高于未累腺CIN组和正常组俨〈0．05）；MMP-7 mRNA及蛋白无论在CIN累腺组还是非累腺组Ⅲ期中的表达显著高于Ⅱ期中的表达，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），在CINⅡ期和正常宫颈组织中的表达比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：累腺CIN中MMP-7高表达可能与宫颈锥切术后复发及发展为浸润性宫颈癌倾向密切相关；MMP-7可作为预测CIN预后的指标。

Expression and Clinic Significance of MMP-7 in Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Glandular Involvement

Objective：To investigate the expression and the significance of MMP-7 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） glandular involvement.Method：MMP-7 was examined by immunohistochemical SP method and semi-quantitative reverse transeription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） in 70 cases of CIN and 15 cases of normal cervical tissue.Result：The mRNA and protein level of MMP-7 were all significantly higher in CIN glandular involvement group than that in CIN without glandular involvement group and normal group（P〈0.05）.Either in CIN glandular involvement group or in CIN without glandular involvement group, MMP-7 mRNA and protein level were all notedly higher in CIN Ⅲ group than that in CIN Ⅱ group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：MMP-7 is highly expressed in CIN glandular involvement and it may be relate to cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and may be served as a new marker in predicting the prognosis in CIN.
