| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨可调试外固定支架结合有限切开复位克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法：对笔者所在医院自 2007 年 -2011年行可调试外固定支架结合有限切开复位克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的病例进行回顾性分析.结果：25 例患者均获得随访,随访期限6～12 个月,所有病例采用影像评分以及功能评分,优良率达 90%.结论：可调试外固定支架结合有限切开复位克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折是一种有效方法.

Treatment of Comminuted Distal Radius Fractures with Interal Fixation by Kirscherwire through Limited Incision Combined with External Fixation |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures with interal fixation by Kirscherwire through limited incision combined with external fixation. Method： To retrospectively analyze the patients with comminuted distal radius fracture who were treated with interal fixation by Kirscherwire through limited incision combined with external fixation. Result： 25 patients were followed up for 5-12 months. All cases were used imaging and function evaluation. The excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusion： The treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures with interal fixation by Kirscherwire through limited incision combined with external fixation is an effective method. |
