甲状腺机能亢进患者应对方式的调查

目的了解甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)患者的应对方式与心理健康状况,为心理干预提供理论依据。方法应用SCL-90和应付方式问卷对30例甲亢患者进行调查并与正常组(30例)进行比较。结果甲亢患者有较多的心理问题,并且较多地使用不成熟的应对方式,如:自责、幻想、退避,而不成熟的应对方式与抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、躯体化、人际关系因子分密切相关。结论甲亢患者心理问题较多,与疾病本身的应激性创伤和其应对方式不恰当有关。

Survey of the Coping Styles of the Hyperthyroid Patients

[Objective]To learn the coping style and psychological health status of hyperthyroid patients and provide basis for psychological interference.[Methods]SCL-90 and coping style questionnaires were applied to make survey on 30 hyperthyroid patients;comparison was made with the control group.[Results]The patients had more psycho-problems and immature coping style such as self-accusation,fantasy and withdrawal that were closely related to the scores of depression, anxiety,hostility,phobia,somatization,and interpersonal relationship.[Conclusion]Psycho-problems of the patients are mainly related to the stressful hurt of the illness and improper coping styles.
