摘    要:目的探讨静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚对心率和血压的影响程度。方法行择期手术的成年患者20例,静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0.01 mg/kg,观察静卧5 min后(T0)、注药后1 min(T1)、3 min(T2)、5 min(T3)、10 min(T4)、20 min(T5)共6个时点的心率及平均动脉压。结果对于心率的变化,时间主效应有统计学意义(F=8.598,p<0.001),T0与T1的心率均值差为17次/min,差异有统计学意义;对于平均动脉压的变化,时间主效应无统计学意义(F=0.782,p>0.05)。结论静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚(0.01mg/kg)可使心率增快,对平均动脉压无明显影响。

THE AFFECT OF PENEHYCLIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE INTRAVENOUS INJECTION ON HEART RATE AND MEAN ARTERIAL PRESSURE

Abstract:Objective To observe the affeet of penehyclidine hydrochloride intravenous injection on heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP). Methods Twenty adult patients undergoing elective surgery were chosen and were given penehyelidine hydrochloride(0.01 mg/kg) intravenously. The changes of HR, MAP were ob- served before medication, 1,3,5,10,20 minutes after medication. Data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA. Results The main effect of time is significant on HR( F = 8. 598 ,p 〈 0. 001 ), HR after the injection( 87.3±11.9 bpm) was faster than that before the injection(70. 3±10. 2 bpm) ; The main effect of time is not significant on MAP ( F = 0. 782 ,p 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Penehyelidine hydroehloride ( 0.01 mg/kg) does not obviously affect MAP, but may accelerate HR.
