| 摘 要： | 目的：提取熟地多糖并测定其含量。方法：采用微波法提取硫酸-苯酚法测定熟地中多糖的含量。结果：熟地多糖含量为9．27％。结论：微波法提取熟地中的多糖，时间短，提取率高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To extract Radix Rehmanniate polysaccharide and determine the content. Methods: The experiment uses the microwave method to extract and sulfuric acid-phenol method to measure Radix Rehmanniate polysaccharide content. Results: The content of Radix Reehmanniate polysaccharide is 9.27%. Conclusion: The microwave method of extraction Radix Rehmanniate polysaccharide can shorten the time and increase the extraction. |
