| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年冠心病(CAD)患者血管内皮细胞受损与血友病因子(vWF)的关系。方法:选择27例老年CAD患者和24例正常老年人(NC组),测定其循环内皮细胞(CEC)数、血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)的水平。结果:老年CAD患者CEC(9.30±4.11)和血浆vWF含量(196.16±32.34)明显高于NC组(2.52±0.91,117.77±18.99,P<0.01);且CEC数量与vWF水平呈正相关(r=0.823,P=0.0001)。结论:老年CAD患者血管内皮的损伤与vWF相关。
