| 摘 要： | 肝移植术后动脉血栓形成是肝移植术后严重的并发症之一。我院１９９３年９月～１９９６年６月施行了１４例原位肝移植，术后２例发生了动脉栓塞，造成肝脏供血不足，进而导致肝功能衰竭，肝移植失败。本文就肝移植术后并发动脉栓塞的观察及护理进行总结，并结合文献复习，认为细致的术后病情观察，动态监测肝动脉血流状况及“Ｔ”管引出胆汁的质量是早期诊断肝动脉栓塞的关键，而及时的诊断及治疗对提高肝移植的临床效果有重要意义

| Abstract: | Hepatic artery thrombosis remains one of the fetal complications following liver transplantation.From September 1993 to June 1998,14 cases of orthotopic liver transplantation have been performed in our hospital.Two of recipients developed posttransplant.Hepatic artery thrombosis resulting in graft non-function.The experience of observation and nursing for this serious complication is reported.With article review,we believe that delicate observation of posttransplant course,regular monitoring inflow of hepatic artery and careful surveying of output and quality of bile is the key to early diagnosis of hepatic artery thrombosis.The early diagnosis and proper management of this complication is essential to improve the outcome of liver transplantation. |
