| 摘 要： | 本文简要综述了离子色谱分离和检测的原理以及近年来该技术在药物及合成中间体的分析、复杂组分中的某一组分鉴定、药物离子的价态及形态分析等方面的应用,为进一步扩大离子色谱技术在制药分析领域中的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Abstract:This paper briefly reviewed the principle of separation and detection on ion chromatography and its appli- cations in analysis of drugs and synthetical intermediates,identify a component in complex compounds,valence state and morphology of drug ion in recent years,offering reference for further application of ion chromatography in the pharmaceutical analysis field. |
