Abstract: | The monoclonal antibodies, anti-T1 and anti-T3, both react with all human peripheral thymus-derived lymphocytes and with 10% of thymocytes; each, however, recognizes different cell surface structures. It was determined that the target antigen of anti-T1 is a 69000 molecular weight cell surface glycoprotein and that the T3 antigen is a 19000 mol. wt. glycoprotein. |
