Teaching Methods for the Internship of Pediatric Outpatient Department

Objective To explore efficient teaching methods for the internship of pediatric outpatient department. Methods The internship was taught how to acquire right sense of learning on clinical practice, to review common clinical operating technical ability, and to make study on outpatient department as a good completement of study on ward. The teaching effectiveness was evualted. Results Reasonable arrangement of practical works and learning period could enforce the learning iniciativeness and good time management of the internship. Good medical ethics and practice can be trained, and medical knowledge can be strengthened. Internship in the outpatient department is important to improve the clinical ability, tenchiques and judgement.
