摘    要:目的探讨不耐高温手术器械寿命的灭菌方法。方法对过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌法和戊二醛气体熏蒸灭菌箱消毒不耐高温手术器械进行比较。结果两种灭菌方法均达到灭菌要求;过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌法比戊二醛气体熏蒸灭菌箱灭菌法省时155min;灭菌相关器械损耗率分别为戊二醛气体熏蒸灭菌箱0.18%,过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌法为0,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);灭菌剂毒性反应发生率分别为戊二醛气体熏蒸灭菌箱灭菌法3.24%,过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌法为0,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论使用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器消毒不耐高温手术器械,灭菌周期短,质量可靠,对器械损伤小,对人和环境无害,是不耐高温手术器械首选的灭菌方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma and vaporized glutaraldehyde on moisture and heat sensitive instruments. Methods The moisture and heat sensitive instruments were sterilized with the two methods. Results The effects of the two methods reached the standard. The time of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma was shorter for 155 min than that of vaporized glutaraldehyde. The corrosion ratios of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma and vaporized glutaraldehyde were 0 and 0. 18%, respectively. The toxicity reactions of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma and vaporized glutaraldehyde were 0 and 3.24%, respectively. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide gas plasma demonstrates advantages on sterilization time, quality and instruments corrosion.
