| 摘 要： | 总结和分析了３８２ 例显微神经外科手术病人的术中体位护理情况。指出熟悉神经系统解剖、了解不同手术的切口和入路是正确安置体位的必要前提。并分别讨论了平卧位、坐位、侧卧位放置中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The intraoperative posture of 382 patients scheduled for microneurosurgery were analyzed in the present study.The study in dicated that knowing well the neuroanatomy.the incision and route of the different surgery are the important preconditions for correct posture positioning.Attentions to dorsal,sitting,and lateral positions were also discussed.
