活力合剂的研制与临床应用

1982年11月～1987年4月笔者等联合研制了活力合剂。活力合剂提高运动机能应用研究采用固德9000PC自动测试,电脑分析。本文介绍活力合剂的原理及临床应用测试结果。

MANUFACTURE OF MIXTURE BIOD AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

The "Mixture Biod?(M B) is refined from natural foods with specific techniques. (1) Pharmacological Experiments; (a) The acute toxicity tests(-); (b) Passive cutaneous anaphylazis (PCA test) (- ). (2) The M B has not brought about any increase in the chromosmal aberration rate of the rats' cells. The carcinogenic tests( -). (3) Experiment of cytobiology: (a) Human embryonic pulmonary desmocyte have been cultured outside the body. The M B has the effects to promote the growth and reproduction of the cells, whose cytoarchitectonics are normal, (b) Myocardial cells have been cultured outside the body. The M B functions to evidently excite the individual off-body cultured myocardial cells, and increase the frequency of pulsation as well as the systaltic motion of the myocardial cells. (4) Geriatrics experiment: The M B has the effects to check the generation and accumulation of the pigment resulting from decrepitude, and to prolong life. (5) The M B has the function to enhance the small NIH white rats' swimming endurance, mascular strength, rlsistance to oxygen-deficiency as well as memory for taking the shortcut in the labyrinth. (6) The M B is harmless to the human liver, kidney and blood. (7) Sports psychological test: The M B can increase the coordinateness and accuracy of movements. (8) The test in medical immunology: The M B increases CHso and the number of T cells, and the level of IgM, IgG, and IgA. (9) After we supplied subjects with M B for 100 days, tests with GOULD-9000 Cardiopulmonary System and 23L. Lactate Analyzer implied that: (a) The M B can enhance the muscular endurance and the cell's aerobic metabolic abilities, and the efficiency of heart pulse for normal adult people significantly as well, (b) The M B can affect the efficiency of heart pulse significantly for elite athlete.
