| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良鼻中隔黏膜下切除术在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的应用效果。方法对84例鼻中隔偏曲者应用改良鼻中隔黏膜下切除术,术中把切取的软骨修正后再植入鼻中隔腔内,骨性偏曲部分用骨折法进行矫正。结果84例术后鼻中隔居中,无穿孔,鼻中隔无飘动,鼻腔通气良好。结论改良鼻中隔黏膜下切除术方法简单易行,效果好,无近、远期并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of modified sub-mucosa nasal septum resection for the treatment of nasal septum deviation.Methods Eighty-four patients with nasal septum deviation were treated by the modified submucous nasal septum resection.The resected cartilage was replanted,and the deviated bony nasal septum was corrected by fracture.Results Nasal septum deviation was successfully corrected with satisfied ventilation in both sides of the nasal cavity;no perforation or flop of nasal septum occurred in all cases.Conclusion The modified submucous nasal septum resection is an effective method for the treatment of nasal septum deviation,with the advantages of easy-manipulation and less operation complicative. |
