| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性病毒性肝炎的疗效及不良反应。方法 选择132例慢性病毒性肝炎病人，随机分为治疗组68例，对照组64例。对照组采用综合治疗，治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加促肝细胞生长素。结果 疗程结束时，治疗组的总有效率（92．6％）明显优于对照组（68．8％）（P＜0．05），未见明显不良反应。结论 促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性病毒性肝炎，安全有效，值得在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and side effects on treating chronic viral hepatitis with PHGF.Methods One hundred and tiirty two patients with chronic viral hepatitis were randonly divided into treatment group(68 cases),and comparison group(64 cases).The comparison group was treated comprehensively while,the treatment group was treated with PHGF based on the general treatment.Results When treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group(92.6%) was obviously higher than that in comparison group(68.8%)(P<0.05),side effect were not found.Conclusion It is safe and worth spreding to treat chronic viral hepatitis with PHGF. |
