姜辣素对小鼠醉酒预防作用的研究

目的：探讨姜辣素对小鼠醉酒的预防作用。方法（1）醉酒实验：40只昆明小鼠分为5组，各组分别以0．30、0．31、0．32、0．33、0．34 ml／20 g 52°泸州老窖二曲酒灌胃，观察各组醉酒潜伏时间、维持时间等，筛选小鼠的醉酒剂量。（2）防醉试验：另选昆明小鼠30只分为生理盐水对照组、热姜水组、姜辣素组，分别给各组小鼠以同剂量的生理盐水、热姜水和姜辣素液灌胃，30 min后分别以52°泸州老窖二曲酒（0．32 ml／20 g）灌胃，测定各组小鼠醉酒率、醉酒维持时间。（3）另选昆明小鼠75只，按防醉试验分组、灌胃，在灌酒后30 min、1 h、1．5 h及2．0 h测定各组小鼠的血清乙醇浓度。结果0．32 ml／20 g为小鼠醉酒的最佳剂量。姜辣素组的醉酒率最低，醉酒维持时间、各时间点血液乙醇浓度均低于生理盐水对照组和热姜水组（P＜0．05）。结论姜辣素对小鼠醉酒具有较显著的预防作用。

Preventive effect of gingerol on temulentia mice

Objective To explore the preventive effect of gingerol on temulentia mice .Methods ① Temulentia experiment:Forty Kunming mice were divided into five groups ,and the five groups were intragastric administrated 52°Luzhou Laojiao Erqu Liquor with the dosages of 0.30,0.31,0.32,0.33 and 0.34 ml/20 g,respectively.The latent time and duration of temulentia were observed ,and then the optimal dosage for temulentia in mice was determined .②Temulentia prevention experiment:Another thirty Kunming mice were divided into normal saline control group,hot ginger aqueous group and gingerol group,and the mice in these three groups were intragastric administrated the same dosages of normal saline ,hot ginger aqueous and gingerol ,respectively,and were intragastric administrated 52°Luzhou Laojiao Erqu Liquor(0.32 ml/20 g) 30 minutes later.Then the incidence of temulentia and temulentia duration were determined in each group .③Another 75 Kunming mice were selected , and were grouped and accepted intragastric administration using the same method as the temulentia prevention experiment.The serum ethanol concentration was detected among the rats in each group at 30 minutes,and 1,1.5 and 2 hours after administration of liquor .Results The optimal dosage for temulentia was 0.32 ml/20 g in mice.Gingerol group gained the lowest incidence of temulentia as well as lower temulentia duration and lower serum ethanol concentration at each time point compared to normal saline control group and hot ginger aqueous group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gingerol has significnant preventive effects on temulentia mice.
