| 摘 要： | 目的:了解肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和心肌酶在新生患儿中表现情况,探讨诊断新生儿心肌损伤的良好生化指标。方法:采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪和全自动生化分析仪,对648例新生患儿血清cTnI及心肌酶进行检测。结果:cTnI异常率为47.8%,肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)为70.2%,肌酸激酶(CK)为75%,AST为51.7%,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)为99.8%。cTnI与CK-MB的异常符合率为92%,cTnI与CK的异常符合率为81%,cTnI与AST的异常符合率为49%。结论:选用肌钙蛋白来评价新生儿心肌损伤比心肌酶谱更特异、更恰当。
