肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT诊断

目的提高对肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的认识,评估CT在诊断HAML的价值。方法回顾分析经病理证实4例HAML的 CT平扫与动态增强扫描资料。结果4例CT平扫表现为不均匀低密度单发孤立肿块,动态增强表现为动脉期不均匀明显强化,门脉期及延迟期表现为中度强化。结论HAML是肝脏少见的良性肿瘤,CT检查对典型HAML能作出正确诊断。

CT diagnosis on angiomyolipoma of liver

Objective To describe the CT imaging finding of hepatlcangiomyolipoma(HAML) and to evaluate the usefulness of CT imaging in diagnosis of this tumor.Methods The CT imaging findings and diagnosis of four patients with proved pathologically were reviewed retrospectively,conventional CT images and dynamic CT study was obtained.Results Four patients had a solitary hepatic mass and heterogeneously low signal intensity on conventional CT,dynamic CT showed strong enhancement of four masses and moderate enhancement of one mass during arterial phase,and moderate enhancement during portal venous and delayed phase.Conclusion Hepatic Angiomyolipoma is rare benign tumor of the liver,CT imaging can rveal the characteristic features of HAML.
