| 摘 要： | 目的 观察舒利迭吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法 35例支气管哮喘患者使用舒利迭进行治疗,剂量为50μg/100μg吸/次,每日2次,经准纳器吸入,疗程为12w,观察吸入前后临床症状、体征及肺功能的变化。结果 舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的总有效率为97.1%,肺功能较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论 吸入舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of seretide accuhaler on bronchial asthma.Methods 35 patients with bronchial asthma were treated with seretide by accuhaler/diskus,2times/day,12 weeks,observe the change of clinical symptom,undesirable effects and pulmonic function before and after inhale.Results The total effective rate of seretide accuhaler on bronchial asthma is 97.1%,the pulmonic function is improved(P < 0.01) .Conclusion Seretide accuhaler has better clinical curative effect to cure bronchial asthuma. |
