| 摘 要： | 目的：观察糖尿病合并冠心病(CHD)患者的临床及冠状动脉病变特点。方法：将48例糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床表现和冠状动脉造影结果进行对照分析。结果：糖尿病合并CHD者有多种心血管危险因素：高血压、血脂异常。与非糖尿病的CHD患者相比，糖尿病合并CHD者冠脉血管受累程度重且弥漫性血管病变多。结论：合并糖尿病与不合并糖尿病的冠心病患者的临床表现及冠脉造影结果有明显差异，前者冠脉病变更加严重且弥漫。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical and angiographical charac teristi cs of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease (CHD) . Methods: The stud y was carried out by case control analysis of the clinical manifestat ions and the data from cine selective coronary angiography. 48 cases were enroll ed in this study.Results: Diabetes m ellitus patients with CHD tended to have multiple cardiovascular risk factors: h ypertension and dyslipidemia. Diabetes mellitus patients with CHD had much great ex tent of coronary vessel involvement and more diffuse vascular lesion. Conclusi on:The clinical and angiographical findings are quite different in CHD patients with and without diabetes mellitus.The lesion in the coronary arteries tend to be more severe and diffuse in patients with diabetes mellitus. |
