地塞米松联合甲硝唑防治根管治疗期间急症的应用

目的探讨地塞米松（DM）联合甲硝唑（MN）在防治根管治疗期间急症中的应用价值。方法按入院先后顺序将99例根管治疗期间急症发作的病例随机分为A、B、C3组（n=33）,其中A、B组为观察组,C组为对照组。A组采用DM联合MN治疗,B组单独使用DM治疗,C组单独使用甲醛甲酚（FC）治疗,比较各组的临床疗效。结果在治疗3天和7天后,A组和B组的总有效率均明显高于C组（P〈0．05）;治疗3天后,A组和B组间的总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）;治疗7天后,A组和B组间的总有效率组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）,但临床上A组总有效率最高,疗效最好。结论DM联合MN可有效治疗根管治疗期急症,具有临床推广应用价值。

Dexamethasone combined with metronidazole in the prevention and treatment of endodontic emergency

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of dexamethasone（DM） combined with metronidazole （MN） in the prevention and treatment of endodontic emergency. Methods According to the order of admission, 99 cases with root ca- nal treatment during the accident and emergency cases of seizures were randomly divided into three groups A, 13, C （n= 33）, group A and group B were the observation group and C group was the control group. A group was treated with DM combined with MN treatment, B group with DM treatment and C group with formaldehyde cresol （FC）. The clinical effi- cacy was observed. Results 3 days and 7 days after treatment, the total effective rate of group A and group B was signifi- cantly higher than that in group C （P~0.05）. 3 days after treatment, the total efficiency of a statistically significant difference between group A and group B （P〈0.05）. 7 days after treatment between group A and group B, there were differences between the efficiency of group was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05）, but the clinical group A, there was always the most efficient, best efficacy. Conclusion DM combined with MN is effective for root canal treatment dur- ing emergencies.
