摘    要:目的:通过Poiseuille定律探讨血液的流动特性。方法:用Wiedemann粘滞性流体在刚性圆管中作稳定层流的流量公式推导。结果:血浆和血清的粘度η是定常值,而全血的粘度不是定常值,全血中存在红细胞集轴现象,使其具有非牛顿型流体特性。结论:Poiseuille定律虽然为流体力学最基本、最重要的定律之一,可推广应用来探讨血液流动特性。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the flowing features of blood by applying the Poisuille law. Methods: Derive the formula of stable laminar flow in round rigid pipe using Wiedemann fluid. Results: The plasma and serum viscosity remained constant, while whole blood viscosity not. Sympexis was found in the whole blood, giving it the non-Newton fluid features. Conclusions: As one of the most essential and important laws in fluid mechanics, Poiseille law can be used to study the features of blood flow.
