针刺合并芒硝外敷对急性弥漫性腹膜炎术后疗效的影响

目的 观察针刺合并芒硝外敷腹部对急性弥漫性腹膜炎疗效的影响。方法 按入院顺序选择48例急性弥漫性腹膜炎手术病例作为试验组，术后8h开始运用针刺合并芒硝外敷腹部治疗；选择同期42例急性弥漫性腹膜炎术后病例作为对照组，术后不用针刺合并芒硝外敷治疗，两组西医治疗方法 相同。观察两组肠呜音恢复时间、肛门排气和排便时间、术后并发症、多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）、多脏器功能衰竭（MOF）等情况。结果 试验组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气和排便时间均较对照组缩短，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），试验组肺部感染、症状性肠粘连、MODS发MOF的发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论 针刺合并芒硝外敷对急性弥漫性腹膜炎术后疗效较好。

Efficacy of acupuncture combined with external application of mirabilite on acute diffuse peritonitis after operation

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of external abdominal acupuncture combined with mirabilite on acute diffuse peritonitis. Methods 48 cases of acute diffuse peritonitis were selected as the experimental group, with the treatment of external abdominal acupuncture combined with mirabilite 8 hours after operation ;meanwhile 42 postoperative cases of acute diffuse peritonitis with no acupuncture combined with glauber＇s salt were selected as the control group. The experimental group had the same western medicine treatment with the control group. Observe the time of bowel sound recovery, anus exhaust and defecation time, postoperative complications, multiple organ dysfunction syndromes （MODS） and multiple organ failure （MOF） in two groups. Results The time of bowel sound recovery, anus exhaust and defecation time were shorter in the test group than those in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05） ; the incidences of pulmonary infection, symptomatic intestinal adhesion, MODS and MOF in the test group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture combined with mirabilite on acute diffuse peritonitis was of better curative effect after operation.
