| 摘 要： | 目的：研究藏药藏菖蒲挥发油的成分,为藏菖蒲的开发利用提供参考。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法进行分析,峰面积归一化法确定相对含量,联用MS技术辅助人工检索鉴定化学成分。结果：藏菖蒲挥发油中共分离出41种化合物,鉴定出31种,其中细辛脑（即β-细辛醚）含量最大。结论：藏菖蒲挥发油主要成分为单萜和倍半萜类化合物。

| Abstract: | Objective： Study the Volatile Oil Constituent of Acorus calamus L. to Provide a reference of its development and utilization. Methods： Extract the Volatile Oil by Steam distillation method and analyse them by GC-MS. Results： 31 kinds of compounds were identified in the 41 kinds of the isolated and the asarone was at most. Conclusion： The VoIatile Oil Constituent of Acorus calamus L. Mainly were monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids. |
