| 摘 要： | 原位凝胶高度亲水性的三维网络结构及独特的溶液-凝胶转变性质使其具有制备工艺简单、给药方便、组织相容性好、给药途径多样、滞留时间长及缓控释作用等优点,是药剂学与生物技术领域极具发展潜力的新型药物传递系统。本文综述了原位凝胶新型给药系统在中药制剂中的应用研究进展,并对原位凝胶用于靶向定位制剂、长效控释制剂等进行探讨,以期为中药新剂型的研究提供一定参考。

| Abstract: | The highly hydrophilic three-dimensional network structure and unique solution-gel transition nature make the in situ gel has advantages of a simple preparation process, convenient administration, good histocompatibility, route of administration diversity, a long residence time and slow controlled release effect etc. It＇ s a potential new drug delivery system in the field of pharmacy and biotechnology. This paper reviews the in situ gel new drug delivery system research progress of application in traditional Chinese medicine preparation, and carries on the discussion about in situ gel using in targeted positioning preparations, long-term controlled release preparations and soon, in order to provide for the research of Chinese medicine new dosage form certain reference. |
