结构化教育结合ABC管理方法在2型糖尿病健康教育的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨结构化教育模式结合ABC管理方法在2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选择住院2型糖尿病患者60例,采用随机数字法分为实验组与对照组各30例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,实验组采用结构化教育模式结合ABC管理方法进行健康教育,比较2组患者干预前后的效果。结果:6个月后实验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病自我管理效能得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实施结构化教育结合ABC管理方法的健康教育模式,能够促进患者掌握糖尿病相关知识,提高患者治疗依从性,提高患者糖尿病自我管理效能,提高患者住院满意度,其效果明显优于传统的健康教育方法。

Structured Education Combined with ABC Management Method in Application of Type 2 Diabetes Health Education

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the structured education mode combined with ABC management method in the application of health education for patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Selected 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in hospital, by using random numbers divided into experimental group and control group 30 cases each. Control group used traditional health education method, the experimental group used the structured education mode combining the ABC management method of health education, compared the effect of two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Results: After 6 months, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting glucose in patients with HbA1 c, diabetes self-management efficiency score significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 O. 05) . Conclusion: Implementing structured education in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with ABC management method of health education pattern, can promote patients to master relevant knowledge of diabetes, to improve patients compliance, increase the efficiency of the patients with diabetes self-management and improve the hospitalized patients' satisfaction, its effect is suverior to traditional methods of health education.
