| 摘 要： | 目的：研究分析对消化性溃疡伴有抑郁焦虑症患者的有效护理干预措施。方法：将2010年1月～2010年12月收治的82例消化性溃疡伴抑郁焦虑的患者随机分为2组，对照组给予常规护理干预，实验组患完善心理护理，观察患者护理后的焦虑抑郁状态。结果：实验组护理后焦虑和抑郁状态均有明显的降低，与对照组患者比较，P〈0．05。结论：对消化性溃疡伴有抑郁焦虑的患者给予心理护理干预有助于缓解患者的负性情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study analysis of depression and anxiety disorders in patients with peptic ulcer associated with effec- tive nursing interventions. Methods： 82 cases of patients with peptic ulcer associated with depression and anxiety January 2010 to Sep- tember 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, control group received routine care intervention, suffering from the experimental group to improve the psychological care to observe the anxiety of the patient caredepression. Results： The experimental group after the treatment of anxiety and depression were significantly reduced compared with the control group patients （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： The psychological care given to patients with peptic ulcer associated with depression and anxiety intervention to help alleviate the negative e- motions of patients. |
